Your family is going through a big change - You've been stationed in Hawaii! We have helped dozens of military and DOD families make the transition to Oahu, Hawaii! We know how to work with your TLA and can make the process as easy as possible.
We have the proper tax IDs that qualify for Temporary Lodging Allowance, but as always, you should verify with your housing officer.

2br/2ba Villa w/bonus "Zoom Room"
The original Lanihonua unit, now with a bonus Zoom Room (a very small office with a desk/chair, perfect for WFH or Remote school).
Changes since virtual tour: The couch/2 white chairs in the LR were replaced with a sectional (same style as couch). The twin beds in the second bedroom have been replaced with a Cal King.
3br/3ba Villa D
Long term stays at this 2 story 3br/3ba townhouse are fantastic. Closest unit to the pool and has a small grass area off lanai.
Changes since virtual tour: Upstairs bunk room now has 2 twins with a corner unit as shown above. Booked through June 2022.
3br/3ba Villa C
Gorgeous unit. Best for 2-5 month stays. Changes since 3d Virtual Tour: Upstairs bunk room has been converted to two queen beds as shown above. Note: Garage not available except for small area for trash area/wagon/beach chairs and could accommodate a stroller or a few bicycles.
Ko Olina Kai
Gorgeous resort community with a beautiful lagoon pool and access to the Ko Olina Beach and Sports club with a gym and dozens of weekly (included!) classes.
